By accessing or using MintHallow (the "Service") operated by MintHallow Labs Ltd. you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Digital items and transactions

NFTs listed on the Service are digital assets recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for verifying details before you confirm any purchase, bid or listing, and for network (gas) fees.

4. Your content

You must own or have the right to sell anything you list. You grant us a limited licence to display your listings on the Service. We may remove content that infringes rights or breaks the law.

5. Fees

Fees, where applicable, are shown before you confirm a transaction and may change with notice.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use the Service for fraud, wash trading, harassment, infringement, or to disrupt or probe the platform's security.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MintHallow Labs Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including changes in the value of digital assets.
